Who we are
APAVAL assessments are provided by Australian Property Assessment Pty Ltd (ABN 98 703 476 797), an independent Australian company. We don't sell property, broker loans or take a share of any sale, so the value we give you has no stake in the outcome.
How we work
Every report is reviewed and signed by a property valuer whose name we confirm to you in writing before you accept, and whose name appears on the report. Fees are fixed and published, and the timing is confirmed in writing before anything is charged.
Where we work
New South Wales, Victoria, the ACT and the Northern Territory. We can't take property in Queensland, Western Australia, South Australia or Tasmania yet.
What we don't do
We value property; we don't give tax, financial or legal advice, and we don't value for lenders.
