Who you're dealing with

Assessments are provided by Australian Property Assessment Pty Ltd, ABN 98 703 476 797 ("we", "us").

Ordering

An online order is a request. We confirm the valuer, the fee and the timing in writing. A contract is formed only when you accept that confirmation.

Fees

Fees are shown plus GST, with the total including GST. Add-ons are charged only if you choose them.

What a report is for

Each report is prepared for the purpose and date stated in it and for the person named in it. A desktop assessment is based on sales evidence, records and imagery without an inspection, and relies on the information you give us about the property. It is not for stamp duty, related-party transfers, lending, family law or court.

Advice

We value property. We don't give tax, financial or legal advice. Your accountant, auditor or lawyer decides what evidence they accept.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
