- Standard residential fees are fixed in Sydney, Newcastle, Wollongong, the Central Coast, Melbourne, Geelong, Ballarat, Bendigo, Canberra and Darwin. Elsewhere in NSW, VIC, the ACT and the NT, we confirm the fee in writing first.
- Stamp duty and related-party transfer valuations are quoted individually.
- Expert conferences and court attendance aren't included in any fee.
- We don't provide valuations for lending or mortgage security.
